RETREAT TO THE RIVER

Client requested a conceptual reimagining of their old cow barn on the New River. The new design planned for a one room ‘Tiny House’ style Airbnb getaway cabin.

Full glazing to the south allowing complete view of the river, small kitchenette and toilette room with composting toilet. The sun heated shower is located in the lower storage area. The property being in a flood way requires the lower ground level to be an open / perforated structure. Project on hold until owners retirement.
