MODERN RANCH ADDITION

Client requested a new re-imagining of her 1960’s style Southern Ranch house with a new generous primary suite addition in the back, connected to a future patio and pool area. Add a shop extension to the existing single car garage with an enclosed breezeway connection. Expand the living space with high or vaulted ceilings.

Three basic conceptual schemes where provided, each with a unique addition to the living space and moderately different primary suites. Also each option provided a unique passage to the future back patio and pool area. Project went on hold during concept design due to health considerations..
