Complete renovation interior and exterior of derelict restaurant space. Contemporary styling and materials interior and exterior using common materials expressed in modern retail design details. Neutral color tine with pops of color in canopy and artwork. Complete redesign of commercial kitchen, walk-up transaction counter and dining space. Exterior renovations included new concrete patio dining.
