dl-Design provided the client with a kitchen remodel design maintaining some of the existing appliance locations. Adding a wet-bar by expanding into the removed laundry closet. Creating a large eat-in kitchen island. The 16x20 Family Sun Room Addition provided an additional living space for entertaining large family gatherings. With maximized glazing, this allows the space to visually connect to the lush and expansive backyard.

The addition will connect to a stone patio and fire pit planned for the future.
