Working with a Design Build Contractor dl-Design was hired to fulfill the role of Architect of Record. The conceptual design of the canopy was provided by the Design Build teams designer. dl-Design created the permit documents and construction details and coordinated structural engineering to bring the project to fruition. We also coordinated site visits during the construction process, managing field conditions with the structural engineer.
